Digital and Financial Literacy

Building the digital and financial skills newcomers need to navigate life in Canada with confidence.

Building financial confidence and digital skills are essential steps toward successful settlement and integration in Canada. At JIAS, we offer programs that help newcomers develop practical skills for everyday life—from managing personal finances and understanding banking systems to using technology and accessing online resources safely and effectively.

Through workshops, training sessions, and hands-on learning opportunities, participants gain the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions, build independence, and feel more confident navigating life in Canada.
