Academic Partnerships and Researchers Requests

Thank you for your interest in partnering with JIAS Toronto on research initiatives. Our Data, Evaluation, and Research Group has extensive experience collaborating with external researchers and academic institutions, including the University of Toronto’s School of Social Work, the Centre for Social Engineering at U of T, and the Ontario Brain Health Institute.
At JIAS, our top priority is ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support as they navigate their settlement journey. We recognize the value of academic research and believe that high-quality data and analysis can help inform decision-making, improve service delivery, and contribute to sector-wide knowledge. Our commitment to research includes safeguarding client privacy and well-being at all times.
Due to the high volume of inquiries from scholars and academic institutions seeking to collaborate with our staff and clients, we cannot guarantee partnership opportunities for all requests. Research projects are carefully evaluated based on alignment with JIAS’ strategic priorities and impact potential.
