English Classes

Gain the skills to ease your transition to Canada

JIAS offers English classes to newcomers through the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) Program. We have four LINC locations, two in Toronto and two in York Region.

We offer full-time, part-time, and evening classes. Daytime classes are in person and evening classes are virtual.

LINC is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Before registering for a class, clients must first be assessed through a recognized Language Assessment Centre.

JIAS provides childcare for adult learners with young children between 18 months and 5 years at our two main LINC school locations. In addition to safe care, our childcare program allows children to gain skills to transition to the Canadian school system.
